We encourage all of our new patients to complete our New Patient Form prior to arrival.* If you are unable to complete the form please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first visit to give yourself enough time to fill out a New Patient Form.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by reviewing your dental and medical history and completing a full dental exam. This exam will include a thorough examination of your bite, gums, jaw & oral cancer screening, and any required x-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.

In order to book an appointment at Ridge Smile Dental Clinic, contact our office during our regular business hours.
- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days leading up to your appointment, you will receive automated phone, email or text appointment reminders from us. If your require a reschedule or cancellation of an appointment, call us as soon as possible to let us know.
- Direct Billing to Insurance
We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we are able to submit your insurance claim electronically,. This means you get reimbursed faster and without having to sign any physical paperwork.
Our administrative staff can help you to understand your insurance plan better. We are also able to send your estimates to your insurance company before starting any treatment.
Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.
- Payment Methods
Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility, and must be paid at the time of your appointment.
We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
- Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Absolutely! Our office offers dental services in French and in English.
If you have a language preference, please advise us when booking your appointment.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit.
